Cook Children's Treats no Tricks on Halloween

Superheroes, princesses, and ghouls of all ages brought Halloween to life across Cook Children’s Health Care System this week.

From a community Trunk-or-Treat at the Las Vegas Trail Neighborhood Health Center to trick-or-treating throughout medical centers in Fort Worth and Prosper, joy and treats replaced any scary monsters.

Inside the Fort Worth medical center, patients and their families stepped into the Child Life Zone to venture through a haunted house. Patients and staff teamed up to bring a few friendly frights to those who dared to enter. While young patients showed no fear, a few staff members jumped at the unexpected surprises inside.

Across every event, Cook Children’s demonstrated its ongoing commitment to surrounding families with comfort, safety, and joyful experiences during their health care journey.
