Cook Children's Medical Center - Fort Worth Hosts Congenital Hyperinsulinism Family Conference

The 2024 Congenital Hyperinsulinism Family Conference took place from Friday, May 31 through Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Cook Children's Medical Center - Fort Worth. It was a spectacular weekend of learning, sharing, and fun, with speakers and families coming from Europe, Canada, Jamaica, Mexico, Texas, and all around the US. The conference was organized by CHI, Paul Thornton, MBBS and his staff at the Cook Children’s Medical Center. The CHI staff and the Cook Children’s team were joined by additional world-renowned physicians, researchers, congenital hyperinsulinism (HI) specialists, HI family members, and CHI advocacy leaders during the conference.
