Cook Children's Employees Observe Moment of Silence for Methodist Dallas Medical Center
Employees of Cook Children's Health Care System participated in one minute of silence at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 26 in honor of the two employees, Jacqueline “Jackie” Pokuaa, 45, and Katie “Annette” Flowers, 63, killed at Methodist Dallas Medical Center on Saturday. Other hospitals and member organizations of the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council also took part in this moment of silence.
We are deeply saddened by the senseless violence that took the lives of two people at Methodist Dallas Medical Center this weekend. We pray for unity, peace and healing.
We stand with you Methodist Dallas.
