It was a spectacular weekend of learning, sharing, and fun, with speakers and families coming from Europe, Canada, Jamaica, Mexico, Texas, and all around the US. The conference was organized by CHI, Paul Thornton, MBBS and his staff at the Cook Children’s Medical Center. The CHI staff and the Cook Children’s team were joined by additional world-renowned physicians, researchers, congenital hyperinsulinism (HI) specialists, HI family members, and CHI advocacy leaders during the conference.
