Welcome to the blog of TheDocSmitty! I am Justin Smith, M.D, a general pediatrician in Lewisville, the Medical Advisor for Digital Health for Cook Children’s, the father of three young children (all 5 and under) and generally very tired. Probably just like many of you. This is a place for me to share with you what I have learned as a pediatrician taking care of families, updates concerning medical news topics and a healthy dose of my triumphs and trials as a dad. I fully expect that I will learn as much from you as readers than I could ever teach you. But I promise I will frequently remind you that we are all in this together.
